In addition, our building systems brands – SAPA, TECHNAL and WICONA – have developed complete “unitized systems” for modern architecture. Cities are growing taller, and often you cannot install facades for tall buildings from the outside, using scaffolding or cradles.
Unitized systems consist of panels that are manufactured and assembled off-site. These are brought to the building location and installed on the steel or concrete structure from the outside of the buildings using cranes, by workers located inside.
