Tor Egil Skulstad has been the Sapa's Chief Employee Representative and Member of the Sapa Board of Directors since 2013.

He is appointed by the Norwegian Trade Union Confederation and is based at the former Sapa Profiler plant in Magnor, where he also worked between 2002-2013.

Skulstad is also a former Member of the Board at Hydro.

Skulstad is by trade a die shop fabricator and has his education from the Norwegian Air Force. He also has served as UN Peacekeeper in Lebanon from 1990-1993.
