Kildemo joined Hydro's graduate program in 2008 in the Energy business area. Since then he has held positions as risk controller and trader within Energy and is currently Investor Relations Officer.
He has a Master's degree in Economics and Finance with Honours of the first degree from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Kildemo succeeds Rikard Lindqvist, who will leave Hydro to pursue other opportunities.
