Duties

Back-testing a machine learning model that forecasts the balancing energy price and building FCR (Frequency Containment Reserve) price forecast model.

Likes

I really enjoy my days in Hydro, where I learn a lot from my tasks and my colleagues. My managers are also very supportive. I can ask questions whenever I have troubles.

Socially

I have worked in Hydro since the summer, during which Hydro arranged several social events for summer interns and employees to get to know each other better. We also had pizza on the beach and went swimming during the break, which was awesome!

Development

After working in Hydro, my passion for modeling and programming becomes even stronger. I enjoy a steep learning curve, and I think this internship experience is very beneficial for my career development afterwards.   

Goals

I want to become an expert in analytics field and play with data every day.
