Hydro Extrusion Raeren is one of five closely cooperating extrusion plants in the Benelux.
Two remelt plants are also belonging to our Benelux organization. They ensure significantly that the production of our aluminum profiles meet current environmental requirements.

Extrusion of aluminium profiles
One of the strength of our plant in Raeren is the extrusion of hard alloys and the production of precision-profiles with very precise tolerances.
Anodizing
Besides, all kind of aluminium products are anodized in Raeren, from individual machined parts to profile length up to 7,5 m.
Consultation is always possible on applying surface treatments to profiles of longer lengths.
Mechanical Treatment
With our modern, advanced range of machinery, including CNC systems for reworking profiles, we can saw, deburr, drill, turn, mill, cut threads and stamp to create manufactured parts, ready for assembly.
