Where can you use aluminium extrusions in your e-charging stations? With our solutions, we can support you throughout the process with co-creation, feasibility studies, design and engineering support. Doing this efficiently will save you costs and enable you to bring your charging stations to market more quickly.

Here are some options:

shape, circleAs an outer shell (4), the use of aluminium improves the perceived quality of your products by integrating the shapes needed for your design. You can slide the different elements inside, thanks to the grooves (3). The screw slots (1) allows you to fix your end elements, making the whole unit non-accessible and waterproof. If necessary, a heat sink (2) can be integrated into the profile section.

For support feet (charging station or reinforced socket), an aluminium extrusion allows new functionalities, in addition to providing a long-lasting solution. By making an H-shaped profile (3), your installer customers will be able to pass the wires inside the foot with ease. Then, a cover profile (2) will close the whole. The screw slots (1) arrange the fixing of the plate. The screw slots (4) are used to attach the end cap and support feet. This type of design enables you to get a building-quality surface. We offer powder coating with Qualicoat certification and anodizing with Qualanod certification. Our experts can help you decide what is best for your project.

An integrated hinge function (2) arranges door system options. The specific interface (1) on the opposite side provides a seal, for instance, to achieve tightness. Finally, the screw slots (4) allow the fixing of the plate and the top cap. With extrusions, you have the freedom to create shapes that make your product stand out from the rest.

On the face (2), you can assemble various components. Seal slots (4) provide sealing with the other cover elements. Connecting multiple aluminium profiles to create larger assemblies with smart functions also saves you time through faster assembly.
